Martin van de Wetering
Martin has been in the accounting profession for more than 27 years and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1983. He has a wide range of clients and specialises in farm accounting. He also manages the Information Technology and taxation systems of the practice. Martin enjoys shooting and was selected for the New Zealand Team for the 2004 Clay Target World Championships.

Kevin Luckie
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years accounting experience with 15 of those years with Lynch & Partners. He has a broad range of clients and holds the firms expertise in auditing and assurance services. Kevin enjoys outdoor sports like cycling and swimming and on three occasions successfully completed the Ironman Event.

Willie Lynch
Willie is a qualified Chartered Accountant who gained his Certificate of Practice in 1968. He has over the years built up and serviced a broad base of clients and during the same time has gained wide experience in most aspects and issues that involve the Accountancy profession. In 2003 Willie started a retirement program which involves the progressive transfer of clients to Martin and Kevin. He is also a keen sportsman and enjoys all spectator sports and is actively involved as a golfer.
